Shipped, not pitched
Four case studies with the numbers attached. AI platforms, consumer apps at scale, and companies I built myself.
Hire me for
Eight things teams hire me for, across design, product, and go-to-market. Most engagements are three or four at once, and I can hold the business side of each.

AI platforms, consumer apps at portfolio scale, and two bootstrapped companies I founded, ran, and sold. Every project here has a number next to it, because shipped is the only state that counts.

Three chairs
I think in product and growth, not deliverables. The founder who had to make the numbers work, the product leader running a portfolio, and the person who still ships the screens, I have been all three, and every design decision I make answers one question: does this move the metric?
I started a mobile studio at 22 and grew it to $200K ARR without outside money. I built Birtly from zero to $20K MRR, took it to the final round at Y Combinator, and negotiated its acquisition myself. Running P&L changes how you design. You stop treating scope as a creative constraint and start treating it as a business one.
I use AI heavily across everything, research, copy, design, code, which is how I ship products in a week that used to take a quarter. The craft is no longer in drawing the fortieth variation; it is in knowing which one grows the business and shipping it before the market moves.
These days I lead design at Phot.AI: 40+ AI tools, a full creative suite, and a team of ten across UI, visual, graphics, and motion, run on activation, retention, and revenue, not output. I still open Figma every day, because you cannot call product decisions from a distance.
